· Emotionellt Fokuserad Parterapi (EFT), en anknytningsbaserad parterapimetod.
· Psykodynamisk samtalsterapi. Jag arbetar affektfokuserat och relationellt.
· Familjeterapi för delar av eller hela familjen, för vuxna barn och föräldrar eller för syskon.
· Föräldrastöd, för dig som vill ha stöd i din roll som förälder
Tidigare erfarenhet:
· 20 års erfarenhet av familjeterapi/familjebehandling, ungdomsterapier och föräldrastöd inom socialtjänstens öppenvård för barn- och ungdom.
· 10 års erfarenhet som samtalsterapeut
Språkkunskaper:
· Svenska (modersmål)
· Engelska (flytande)
Det finns många områden i livet som kan vara utmanande och där vi kan behöva hjälp.
Här följer några områden som jag ofta möter:
Relationsproblem, samlevnadsproblem, cross-culture relationer, otrohet, sexualitet i olika former, problem med barnen, åldrande, existentiella frågor, psykisk ohälsa, neuropsykiatriska tillstånd, missbruk, social orättvisa, makt, kulturella minoriteters svårigheter.
